My client is recruiting for a Boutique Manager for their stunning Sydney CBD boutique. The exclusive fine jewellery brand is renowned for their creative and inspirational designs.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience
* Effectively managing all retail operations within a retail store environment
* Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance
* Maintaining VM and store presentation to company standards
* Building and developing long lasting relationships with clients
* Organizing high profile VIP events
* Providing detailed knowledge of the products and story behind the company

Requirements

* Luxury retail management experience
* Effective time management with excellent people management skills
* Customer service focused with a sharp eye for store presentation
* A huge passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Articulate and extremely well presented
