Description

The purpose of this role is to support the Head of HR to continually improve performance and encourage continued cultural integration. You will be required to create and implement new processes whilst collaborating with the Head of HR who will offer endless support and mentor-ship opportunities. The ability to partner with a business, coach internal stakeholders and offer commercial acumen is essential. You will be expected to advise, lead and inspire the wider business to all unite towards the long term goal.

This role will incorporate a wide range of generalist HR duties including however not limited to:

* Oversee and manage the recruitment team to drive strategies to improve processes and support the team’s initiatives
* Drive performance and culture of their brand
* Work closely with the head of HR to deliver project efficiently and effectively
* Provide expert advice in regards to the people element of business planning
* Coordinate the cyclical performance planning process
* Identify opportunities for improvement to HR processes
* Design and lead initiatives to maximise the engagement of employees

Profile

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in retail, FMCG or Hospitality. The ability to communicate assertively whilst building the confidence of fellow employees is a fundamental quality that cannot be compromised. Experience from a fast-paced environment background is essential. The ability to manage stakeholder relationships, strong leadership skills, partner with the business and offer consistent, valuable advice is imperative. The successful candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running and add immediate value from day one whilst offering a personable, adaptable attitude that adds value to the culture of this business.
