Description

As the HR manager you will partner with the team to help implement and carry out co-worker related activities and processes by coaching, advising, updating and training managers/co-workers in all HR related policies, procedures and programs you will achieve assigned business and people goals through recruitment, introduction process, competence review process, salary review/retention process and prepare and maintain required reporting.

This position requires you to foresee and respond to current and future business needs, use creative problem solving skills in conjunction with the business core values as well as develop and maintain relationships and confidences with all levels.

This role offers opportunities to focus on the positive aspects of the HR function and ability to influence an already well rounded, diverse and modern-thinking company to reach even further success. You will provide ER, IR and award interpretation advice to management ensuring support/coaching is given in resolving queries whilst being compliant with relevant legislation and ethical standards of conduct. You will advise and support with implementation of performance management, and assist with all employee related issues. You will also participate in specific HR projects as they unfold. This role is a stand alone and you will have experience of working in an autonomous environment and excel at delivery.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a background in retail in luxury. You will have a minimum of five year’s experience as a HR Manager and will have had exposure to the full employee life cycle with strong knowledge in employee relations. You will be required to have stand alone experience and be a self starter with vast experience people performance. You will be required to travel nationally.
