Talent Acquisition Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global organisation in the retail sector. This practice has a strong reputation for delivering high class customer focus and ability to attract talent with their global footprint.
The Talent Acquisition will work across all levels of the business with a keen focus on the retail and sales positions. In this role, you will serve as a talent partner to the business, supported by your ability and passion for rolling up your sleeves to deliver. You will utilise your innovative sourcing skills to scout, engage, attract and screen top-calibre, professional talent. You will have a specific focus in identifying talent and pipe-lining for future opportunities. You will partner with hiring managers and various stakeholders to understand key role requirements and source potential candidates through various direct methods, especially social media channels and databases. You will create talent maps and develop innovative and creative sourcing approaches across existing and emerging channels to develop and grow talent pools and work on key talent projects.While it is essential to provide expert advice and guidance, in doing so my client is focused on developing your knowledge and capability and empowering you to delivering top class recruitment processes.
You will have a proactive nature and be digitally savvy and ideally you have gained experience and demonstrated performance within a recruitment function in a retail, FMCG or Hospitality environment. You will pride yourself on your strong capability in attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with and lead candidates through the sourcing process. My clients practice offers a collaborative-based approach to identifying workforce needs in light of business goals, collaborating with clients to dramatically improve performance through integrated talent, HR. From attracting the right talent to retaining and motivating our client’s workforce previous experience recruiting in the retail industry is required.
