Retail Leasing Assistant

Currently seeking a Retail Leasing Assistant to provide full administration support to a national leasing team. Ideally you will have had at least 3-5 + years of direct experience within commercial or retail property.

My client is a specialist within retail asset management as they are able to provide expertise in Shopping Centre Management, Retail Strategic Advisory Services and Retail Leasing across all of Australia.


As a Leasing Assistant your responsibilities will include;

* Providing full support to the leasing staff with day to day operations
* Management of all administrative tasks
* Bookings of all meetings (internal/external)
* Update and maintain retailer contact database and leasing brochures
* Preparation of Sales / Leasing folders
* Prepare & update leasing spreadsheets and debtor reports, links & presentations where required


Ideally the successful candidate will demonstrate at least 3 +years of experience in providing full administration support within a property team. It would be strongly beneficial if you have had exposure to commercial and retail leasing.
